the hotel's location is great - it's close to various entertainment options, restaurants, bars, the city center, and markets. I easily stopped by Bocanariz for shots before turning in for the night, as it wasn't too far away.

This hotel in a great location just outside the Bellavista neighborhood is a hidden gem. The rooms are in good condition and the value for money is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate is a nice touch.
The one issue we encountered was the lack of storage space in the rooms.

Very modern, sleek design with lots of great common areas to unwind, including a great rooftop patio. We also liked the eco-friendly elements. The wifi was the best we have ever had in a hotel.
Bathrooms were very small.

The hotel had a designer ambiance (funky, upbeat feel), good facilities and lots of common areas where you could relax, have something to drink, read etc etc. Staff were friendly and most helpful in assisting us with our travel arrangements. There were lots of photograph prints on display, which shared some of the wilderness areas and cultural background for Chile and Easter Island and added to the atmosphere.

Location is great and the hotel is brand new
Rooms at the first floor are small, given the bed is king size. I missed a freezer insise the room as well.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. It's situated in the lively Bellavista area, perfect for exploring the local art scene and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, with some even having a cozy balcony. The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of options to choose from, including fruit, yogurt, eggs, and freshly baked bread.
There's only one minor aspect that could be improved, but overall, everything was perfect.

Hotel Loreto is a modern and stylish hotel. We only had one night passing through Santiago but staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, serve up a late meal in the evening and breakfast for an early departure. The bed was extremely comfortable and the the hotel quiet allowing for a good nights sleep.
A small criticism is that the bathroom was tight but amenities were great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, Bella Vista, and offers a rooftop area for relaxation and sunbathing. The rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms and strong water pressure. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast includes a variety of options, such as freshly cooked eggs and freshly squeezed juice. Guests can also enjoy the nice view from the top floor terrace.
One drawback is that getting taxis and being dropped off near the city center can be challenging.
